In the spirit of Christian Mission, we offer short or long term additional assistance through the Supportive Services Department. These 4 programs offer practical assistance and caring reassurance intended to prolong the independent living experience for residents while providing peace of mind to loved ones. Each program can be added as needed for a reasonable monthly fee.

Tender Loving Care (TLC) Program

• Twice daily visits—7 days a week
• Tidy apartment (make bed, empty trash and more)
• Lay out clothing and prompt dressing/grooming
• Personal laundry (done weekly)
• Assistance with insurance forms
• Assistance with bill paying

Medication Reminder Program

• Daily medication reminders
• Medications locked and administration supervised
• Medications ordered weekly
• Medications delivered
• Consultation with physician
• Monitor Vital Signs as ordered per physician

Nursing Consultation Services

• Medical education and counseling
• Monitor Vital Signs
• Order food trays if needed
• Consult with physician
• Set up lab appointments
• Assist resident with ordering medications and medical supplies
• Assist resident with ordering labs, diagnostic tests, etc.
• Consult with family on medical care
• Assist resident with making Dr.’s appointments
• Assist resident with scheduling transportation

Bathing Standby Assistance

• Available twice weekly bathing program
• Occasional bathing assistance
